A New Name and Chapter
October holds a special place in IWIN’s story.Eleven years ago, on October 9, 2015, a group of Iranian-American women gathered in the San Francisco Bay Area, California, to begin a grassroots network built on connection, friendship, and mutual support.What began as a gathering of women sharing common roots would gradually grow into something much bigger.

to a Wider Community
Over the years, IWIN’s journey has grown beyond borders and backgrounds, embracing women and girls from diverse communities.
What began as a grassroots network has evolved into a nonprofit dedicated to empowering women and girls through art, connection, and community.
Through shared experiences, creativity, and mutual support, we have discovered that our differences enrich us, while our common hopes and dreams bring us together.

We Chose Inspiring
More Inclusive . More empowering
We chose Inspiring because we believe in the feminine power of leading through inspiration, connection, and inclusion—creating space for others to discover their own strengths and possibilities. Art has become our shared language, bringing women and girls together across cultures, generations, and backgrounds.
Our new name reflects a simple belief: we are more alike than different.
Especially in today's divided world, we find strength in coming together through our shared values, struggles, and dreams—and through the creativity that gives those connections a voice.
