IWIN Brand Story
In every community, there are women and girls whose strength is unseen ; hidden behind barriers of language, culture, hardship, or simply the weight of being told they are “less.” At Iranian Women in Network (IWIN), we believe that being a woman or girl is reason enough to be celebrated, and that Art mends what the world has broken.
Founded by a woman who has navigated displacement, disability, and reinvention, IWIN creates safe, creative spaces where women and girls can be fully themselves. Through breathing and gentle movement, hands-on art-making, and conversations about life skills, our programs nurture self-worth, cultural pride, and shared identity.
From intimate workshops like Let Her Shine and It Is My Turn to global art activism such as the Women Life Freedom Quilt and 25 Red Shoes / 25 Cities, we connect the personal to the global. In our circles, participants are not being “fixed”, they are reminded of their resilience, creativity, and capacity to lead. When a woman or girl’s voice is heard and her story expressed through art, she doesn’t just transform her own life, she changes the world around her.
Our Mission
Empowering Women Through Art
IWIN’s mission is to empower, uplift, and educate women and girls through art-based initiatives, supporting them in realizing their personal and professional aspirations. We are committed to holistic empowerment by fostering creativity, resilience, and self-expression. Our work focuses on two core areas: advocating for women's rights through artivism and promoting well-being through transformative art experiences that emphasize the creative process over the final product.
We believe that art serves both as outward work; raising awareness about women’s rights and equality, and as inward work, nurturing balance and well-being across mind, body, and spirit.
We strive to create spaces for healing, growth, and connection through shared stories and collective experiences.

Values
IWIN’s core principles are to connect, care, and share our experiences with women and minority groups to build stronger sense of self and communities, expand networks, and create lasting friendships.
Member volunteers work on committee initiatives, creating opportunities and an environment that helps the growth of their personal and professional brand.
Vision
IWIN’s desires and dreams for the future:
-
Activities: To expand our current activities from visual art to other branches of art such as music, literature, theater, and dance.
